We started the day off with the Ueno Zoo. It is free for kids! In the entrance we saw a sign that said their is a giant Panda named Xiao Xiao. That is where we went first. We waited in a very long line and that was not even the worst part. I also love pandas and we were lucky enough for there to be a panda exhibit, but we ran out of luck. The giant panda was sleeping behind a bunch of greenery. It was such a waste of time and I don’t think GIANT Pandas are so giant anymore.

Then it was about time to have a snack. We went to a snack stand near by and sat down at the picnic table. We split some chicken and fries. The rest of my family also had melon shaved ice, everyone except me cause I am not a fan of shaved ice. We liked seeing all the animals. Here are some of the photos we took of the animals:

Don’t worry, we saw more animals than that. When we got out of the park we started to hunt for lunch. We quickly found a Chinese restaurant. We went to a game station with lots of claw machines. Then we saw a ramen place we wanted to go to, but it was a 45 minute wait and we DID NOT want to wait for that long. Then we found a ramen place that was super quick. We shared two bowls and knew that it was not enough. Then we went into a market and found our dessert for the night. It’s called Taiyakis. They are waffles filled with different fillings. I had one with sweet bean paste called red bean. My sister had one with custard.

It was late so we went back to our AirBnb to hopefully get a full night sleep.
